This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5730) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SNRNP48, targeting the amino acid region 151–250 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SNRNP48 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SNRNP48 (Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein U11/U12 Subunit 48) is a protein-coding gene in humans involved in pre-mRNA splicing as part of the minor U12-type spliceosomal complex. It plays a role in recognizing U12-type 5' splice sites. Mutations or deletions in this gene are associated with neurodevelopmental disorders, including Intellectual Developmental Disorder With Abnormal Behavior, Microcephaly, And Short Stature.
CABT-BL5730 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL5730 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
