General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3389) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SNAPC5, targeting the amino acid region 331–411 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SNAPC5 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable RNA polymerase III type 3 promoter sequence-specific DNA binding activity and bent DNA binding activity. Predicted to contribute to RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity and core promoter sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Predicted to be involved in snRNA transcription by RNA polymerase II and snRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III. Located in nuclear body and nucleolus.
CABT-BL3389 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL3389 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
