General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5705) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC6A16. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLC6A16 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLC6A16 shows structural characteristics of an Na(+)- and Cl(-)-dependent neurotransmitter transporter, including 12 transmembrane (TM) domains, intracellular N and C termini, and large extracellular loops containing multiple N-glycosylation sites.
CABT-BL5705 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:100) applications.
CABT-BL5705 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
