General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3347) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC43A2, targeting the amino acid region 81–180 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLC43A2 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, zebrafish, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the L-amino acid transporter-3 or SLC43 family of transporters. The encoded protein mediates sodium-, chloride-, and pH-independent transport of L-isomers of neutral amino acids, including leucine, phenylalanine, valine and methionine. This protein may contribute to the transfer of amino acids across the placental membrane to the fetus.
CABT-BL3347 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL3347 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
