This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3325) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC30A2, targeting the amino acid region 21–120 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a zinc transporter that acts as a homodimer. The encoded protein plays a role in secreting zinc into breast milk. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. CABT-BL3325 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. CABT-BL3325 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.02% Proclin300, 1% BSA, 0.01M PBS, pH7.4. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
