This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5675) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC27A1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables biotin transmembrane transporter activity; efflux transmembrane transporter activity; and long-chain fatty acid transmembrane transporter activity. Involved in export across plasma membrane; lipid transport across blood-brain barrier; and monocarboxylic acid transport. Located in plasma membrane. CABT-BL5675 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:200) application. CABT-BL5675 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
