General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5634) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SIN3B, targeting the amino acid region 261–360 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SIN3B from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable transcription corepressor activity. Predicted to be involved in cardiac muscle tissue development; negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; and skeletal muscle tissue development. Predicted to be located in nucleus. Predicted to be part of Sin3-type complex. Predicted to be active in chromatin. CABT-BL5634 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. CABT-BL5634 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
