This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5630) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SH3GLB2, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SH3GLB2 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables identical protein binding activity. Predicted to be involved in membrane organization and postsynaptic neurotransmitter receptor internalization. Located in cytosol and nucleoplasm.
CABT-BL5630 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL5630 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.02% Proclin300, 1% BSA, 0.01M PBS, pH7.4. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
