This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5612) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SEMA4F. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a transmembrane class IV semaphorin family protein, which plays a role in neural development. This gene may be involved in neurogenesis in prostate cancer, the development of neurofibromas, and breast cancer tumorigenesis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. CABT-BL5612 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:200) application. CABT-BL5612 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
