This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5606) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SEC31B, targeting the amino acid region 481–580 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a protein of unknown function. The protein has moderate similarity to rat VAP1 protein which is an endosomal membrane-associated protein, containing a putative Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent kinase II phosphorylation site.
