General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3248) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SCAPER, targeting the amino acid region 31–130 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SCAPER from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable nucleic acid binding activity and zinc ion binding activity. Acts upstream of or within retina development in camera-type eye. Located in cytosol and nuclear speck.
CABT-BL3248 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL3248 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
