General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3239) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SCAF1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SCAF1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables RNA polymerase II C-terminal domain binding activity. Predicted to be involved in RNA splicing; mRNA processing; and transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be located in nucleus. CABT-BL3239 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), ELISA (1:40000) applications. CABT-BL3239 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
