This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3212) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RTP4, targeting the amino acid region 141–246 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable olfactory receptor binding activity. Involved in detection of chemical stimulus involved in sensory perception of bitter taste and protein targeting to membrane. Located in cytoplasm.
CABT-BL3212 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL3212 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
