This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5575) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RTP1, targeting the amino acid region 231–336 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RTP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Receptor Transporter Protein 1 (RTP1) is an accessory protein, including the short form RTP1S, that plays a crucial role in the functional expression of mammalian odorant receptors (ORs). It facilitates the trafficking of ORs from the endoplasmic reticulum to the plasma membrane, enabling odorant-mediated responses.
CABT-BL5575 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL5575 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
