This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3177) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPAP2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RPAP2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables RNA polymerase II CTD heptapeptide repeat phosphatase activity. Involved in PERK-mediated unfolded protein response and snRNA transcription. Located in cilium; cytosol; and nucleolus. Part of transcription preinitiation complex. CABT-BL3177 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. CABT-BL3177 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
