This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5554) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RNF185. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables ubiquitin binding activity; ubiquitin protein ligase activity; and ubiquitin-like protein conjugating enzyme binding activity. Involved in several processes, including positive regulation of ERAD pathway; protein ubiquitination; and proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process. Located in endoplasmic reticulum. CABT-BL5554 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:200) application. CABT-BL5554 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
