This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5532) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RHOBTB3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RHOBTB3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RHOBTB3 (Rho-related BTB domain-containing protein 3) is an atypical Rho GTPase and a vital tumor suppressor that functions as a substrate adaptor for CUL3-dependent E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes, promoting the degradation of key proteins like Cyclin E, HIFα, and 5-HT7a receptor. Located on the Golgi apparatus, it regulates vesicular transport, cell cycle progression, and cancer cell proliferation.
CABT-BL5532 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:300), ICC (1:200–1:1,000) applications.
CABT-BL5532 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
