This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3131) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RELL2, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RELL2 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Receptor expressed in lymphoid tissues-like 2 (RELL2) is a membrane-associated protein and member of the RELT family that acts as a tumor suppressor by inducing apoptosis and inhibiting metastasis in various cancers, including breast and pancreatic cancer. It functions as a TNFR homologue, often triggering cell death pathways when overexpressed.
CABT-BL3131 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL3131 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.02% Proclin300, 1% BSA, 0.01M PBS, pH7.4. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
