This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5513) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RBM34, targeting the amino acid region 231–330 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RBM34 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a member of the RNA-binding motif family of RNA recognition motif proteins. The encoded protein contains an RNA-binding domain made up of two RNA recognition motif subdomains referred to as RNA recognition motif-1 and RNA recognition motif-2. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
CABT-BL5513 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL5513 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
