General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5504) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RASL10B. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RASL10B from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Predicted to enable G protein activity and GTP binding activity. Predicted to be involved in positive regulation of peptide hormone secretion and regulation of systemic arterial blood pressure by atrial natriuretic peptide. Predicted to be located in plasma membrane. CABT-BL5504 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. CABT-BL5504 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
