Intended Use

Quinolones ELISA Kit is intended for the quantitative determination of Quinolones in raw milk, egg, seafood, tissue.

Contents of Kit

1. Microtiter well plate: 8 microtiter wells/strip, 12 strips/plate.
2. QNS Standards: 0, 0.3, 1.1, 3.3, 10, 30 ppb, 1.5 mL each.
3. 10X Extraction Diluent, 50 mL.
4. 10X Washing Solution, 50 mL.
5. 200X QNS Enzyme Conjugate, 100 μL.
6. Substrate Solution (TMB), 12 mL.
7. Stop Solution, 13 mL.

Detection Limit

The lowest detection limit of the TABP QNS kit is 0.3 ppb. The OD value of this concentration is significantly different from the negative standard.
