Storage

Our ELISA reagents are standardized for use at a dilution of 1:200 and a test volume of 200 μl/well. The products must be kept refrigerated (ca. 4°C) upon receipt. Once opened, we recommend using the reagents within 5 months.

General Description

Phytophthora is a genus of plant-damaging oomycetes, whose member species are capable of causing enormous economic losses on crops worldwide, it contains approximately 100 species and they infect thousands of plant species. Phytophthora symptoms are often causing weakness and slow collapse in affected plants. Diseases caused by this pathogen include potato late blight, root and stem rot, ramorum blight, tomato late blight, dieback and sudden oak death and so on.
