This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3028) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PRR15, targeting the amino acid region 41–129 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PRR15 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. PRR15 (Proline-Rich Protein 15) is a nuclear protein-coding gene, with elevated expression in tissues like the gastrointestinal tract and female reproductive organs. It plays a crucial role in early pregnancy by supporting trophoblast survival and placental development. Dysregulation of PRR15 is associated with certain cancers (breast, thyroid, GI) and may serve as a potential diagnostic or prognostic biomarker.
CABT-BL3028 is suitable for use in ICC/IF (1:100–1:500) application.
CABT-BL3028 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
