General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3027) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PRR13, targeting the amino acid region 1–148 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PRR13, also named as TXR1, is reported to be a key regulator of the resistance to cytostatica by decreasing the copy number of the proapoptotic gene thrombospondin-1. PRR13 has some isoforms with MW 10 kDa, 15-17 kDa and 19-23 kDa. CABT-BL3027 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. CABT-BL3027 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
