This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2930) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PLXND1, targeting the amino acid region 251–350 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PLXND1 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables protein domain specific binding activity. Predicted to be involved in several processes, including positive regulation of axonogenesis; semaphorin-plexin signaling pathway; and synapse assembly. Predicted to act upstream of or within circulatory system development; dichotomous subdivision of terminal units involved in salivary gland branching; and kidney development. Located in lamellipodium.
CABT-BL2930 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL2930 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
