This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2923) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PLEKHF1, targeting the amino acid region 75–124 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PLEKHF1 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate binding activity; phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate binding activity; and phosphatidylinositol-5-phosphate binding activity. Involved in endosome organization; positive regulation of autophagy; and protein localization to plasma membrane. Located in endosome and lysosome.
CABT-BL2923 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL2923 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
