This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5394) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PHYHIPL, targeting the amino acid region 1–376 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PHYHIPL from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PHYHIPL, a kind of mitochondrial protein, is associated with energy production, oxidative stress and organelle dynamics. It is reported that global ischemia is related to the change of PHYHIPL protein level. Compared with the control group, the level of APOE (may be involved in abnormal regulation of mitochondrial function) is significantly increased after ischemic stimulation, while the APOE genotype has a effect on PHYHIPL protein level.
CABT-BL5394 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:5,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF-P (1:50–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL5394 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
