This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5374) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PDXDC1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PDXDC1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. PDXDC1 (Pyridoxal Dependent Decarboxylase Domain Containing 1) is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 16 that acts as an enzyme involved in carboxylic acid metabolic processes. It is associated with pyridoxal phosphate binding and is localized to the Golgi apparatus. Research links PDXDC1 to potential roles in brain cancer predisposition and metabolic regulation. CABT-BL5374 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. CABT-BL5374 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
