General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2866) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PDCD7, targeting the amino acid region 301–400 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PDCD7 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a 59 kDa protein that is associated with the U11 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNP), which is a component of the minor U12-type spliceosome responsible for catalyzing pre-mRNA splicing of U12-type introns.
CABT-BL2866 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
CABT-BL2866 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
