Intended Use

Olaquindox ELISA Kit is intended for the quantitative determination of Olaquindox in feed, seafood, tissue.

Contents of Kit

1. Microtiter well plate: 8 micro titer wells/strip, 12 strips/plate.
2. Olaquindox Standards: 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8, 1.6, 3.2 ppb, 1.5 each.
3. Extraction & Washing Diluent (10X), 50 mL.
4. Buffer (10X), 50 mL.
5. 100X Olaquindox Enzyme Conjugate, 0.1 mL.
6. Substrate Solution (TMB), 12 mL.
7. Stop Solution, 13 mL.

Detection Limit

The detection limit of the CD Olaquindox kit is about 0.2ppb. It means the OD value of this concentration is significantly different from the negative standard (B/B0<92%).

Tissue (Fish, Shrimp, Chicken, Pork): 0.8 ppb
