This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2703) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human OLFML1, targeting the amino acid region 321–402 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with OLFML1 from mouse, rat, dog, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Olfactomedin-like 1 (OLFML1) is a secreted glycoprotein belonging to the olfactomedin family, primarily expressed in tissues like the heart, liver, and intestines, which functions to regulate extracellular matrix formation and cell signaling. It plays a key role in skeletal development by inhibiting osteoblast mineralization via the Hippo signaling pathway, while also being implicated in promoting cancer cell proliferation in vitro.
CABT-BL2703 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL2703 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.02% Proclin300, 1% BSA, 0.01M PBS, pH7.4. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
