This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5286) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NUDT13, targeting the amino acid region 171–270 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NUDT13 from mouse, dog, pig, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Nucleoside diphosphate-linked moiety X motif 13 (NUDT13) is a mitochondrial enzyme that acts as an NAD(P)H pyrophosphatase, hydrolyzing reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) and reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH). It belongs to the Nudix hydrolase family and plays a role in cellular metabolism.
CABT-BL5286 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL5286 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
