General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2650) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NPAT. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NPAT from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Required for progression through the G1 and S phases of the cell cycle and for S phase entry. Activates transcription of the histone H2A, histone H2B, histone H3 and histone H4 genes in conjunction with MIZF. Also positively regulates the ATM, MIZF and PRKDC promoters. Transcriptional activation may be accomplished at least in part by the recruitment of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase (HAT) complex to target gene promoters. CABT-BL2650 is suitable for use in ELISA 1 (20000-1:40000) application. CABT-BL2650 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
