This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2619) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NHLRC1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NHLRC1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a single subunit E3 ubiquitin ligase. Laforin is polyubiquitinated by the encoded protein. Defects in this intronless gene lead to an accumulation of laforin and onset of Lafora disease, also known as progressive myoclonic epilepsy type 2 (EPM2). CABT-BL2619 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. CABT-BL2619 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide,50% glycerol,pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
