This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2491) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MOGAT1, targeting the amino acid region 152–335 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human MOGAT1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Acyl-CoA:monoacylglycerol acyltransferase (MOGAT; EC 2.3.1.22) catalyzes the synthesis of diacylglycerols, the;precursor of physiologically important lipids such as triacylglycerol and phospholipids (Yen et al., 2002 (PubMed;12077311)). CABT-BL2491 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:200) application. CABT-BL2491 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
