This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2380) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human METTL11B, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with METTL11B from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, sheep, and cat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. METTL11B (Methyltransferase Like 11B, also known as NRMT2/NTMT2) is a protein-coding gene and enzyme belonging to the METTL family of N-terminal methyltransferases. It acts as an oncogene in various cancers, with high expression linked to poor prognosis in colorectal cancer and involvement in Wnt/\(\beta \)-catenin pathways in glioblastoma.
CABT-BL2380 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL2380 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
