This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2370) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MDP-1, targeting the amino acid region 1–122 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human MDP-1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MDP1 (magnesium-dependent phosphatase 1) is a protein-coding gene. GO annotations related to this gene include protein tyrosine phosphatase activity and metal ion binding. An important paralog of this gene is NEDD8-MDP1. Magnesium-dependent phosphatase which may act as a tyrosine phosphatase (By similarity). CABT-BL2370 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. CABT-BL2370 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
