Intended Use
The mouse MBL-A ELISA has been developed for quantitative measurement of natural mouse MBL-A in cell culture medium, plasma or serum. In serum or plasma samples mouse MBL-A can be measured accurately if serum or plasma samples are diluted at least 500 times.
