This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2247) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LYRM4, targeting the amino acid region 1–60 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LYRM4 from mouse, rat, dog, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is found in both mitochondria and the nucleus, where it binds cysteine desulfurase and helps free inorganic sulfur for Fe/S clusters. Disruption of this gene negatively impacts mitochondrial and cytosolic iron homeostasis.
CABT-BL2247 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL2247 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
