This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2239) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LSM11, targeting the amino acid region 261–360 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LSM11 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables U7 snRNA binding activity. Involved in mRNA 3'-end processing by stem-loop binding activity and cleavage; positive regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle; and regulation of chromatin organization. Located in nuclear body. Part of U7 snRNP and telomerase holoenzyme complex. Implicated in Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome. CABT-BL2239 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. CABT-BL2239 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
