This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5066) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LRP3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LRP3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Involved in negative regulation of fat cell differentiation; positive regulation of osteoblast differentiation; and regulation of gene expression. Predicted to be located in membrane. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane. CABT-BL5066 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. CABT-BL5066 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
