General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5064) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LRFN1, targeting the amino acid region 181–290 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LRFN1 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. LRFN1 (Leucine Rich Repeat And Fibronectin Type III Domain Containing 1), also known as SALM2, is a protein-coding gene and synaptic adhesion molecule that regulates excitatory synapse maintenance, neurite outgrowth, and binds to postsynaptic density proteins like PSD-95. It is involved in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and potential tumor immune evasion.
CABT-BL5064 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL5064 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
