General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2135) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LDB2, targeting the amino acid region 26–170 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LDB2, or LIM domain binding 2, is a human gene located on the short arm of chromosome 4 at position 4p15.32 that encodes a protein acting as a transcription cofactor. This protein belongs to the LIM-domain binding family and functions as an adapter molecule, facilitating the assembly of transcriptional regulatory complexes by binding to the LIM domains of various LIM-homeodomain transcription factors and other nuclear proteins.
CABT-BL2135 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) applications.
CABT-BL2135 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
