General Notes

This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2121) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LCE2B, targeting the amino acid region 121–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LCE2B from horse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene is one of the at least 20 genes expressed during epidermal differentiation and located on chromosomal band 1q21. This gene is involved in epidermal differentiation, and it is expressed at high levels in normal and psoriatic skin, but not in cultured keratinocytes or in any other tested cell types or tissues.
CABT-BL2121 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
CABT-BL2121 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
