General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2116) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LBX1, targeting the amino acid region 61–160 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LBX1 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene and the orthologous mouse gene were found by their homology to the Drosophila lady bird early and late homeobox genes. In the mouse, this gene is a key regulator of muscle precursor cell migration and is required for the acquisition of dorsal identities of forelimb muscles.
CABT-BL2116 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
CABT-BL2116 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
