This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5032) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LAPTM5, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LAPTM5 from mouse, rat, chicken, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. LAPTM5 (Lysosomal-Associated Protein Transmembrane 5) is a 29-kDa membrane protein primarily expressed in immune cells (lymphoid/myeloid) and localized to lysosomes. It regulates immune responses, protein trafficking, and lysosomal stability, acting as a regulator of T/B cell receptor levels. Dysregulated LAPTM5 is linked to cancers, immune diseases, and Alzheimer's.
CABT-BL5032 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC) (2 μg/test) application.
CABT-BL5032 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
