This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2108) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human L3MBTL2, targeting the amino acid region 151–250 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with L3MBTL2 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables methylated histone binding activity. Predicted to be involved in negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription. Predicted to act upstream of or within several processes, including ectoderm development; stem cell differentiation; and stem cell proliferation. Located in nucleus.
CABT-BL2108 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CABT-BL2108 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
