KRT222 (Keratin 222) is a protein-coding gene in humans, located on chromosome 17q21.2, that encodes a member of the keratin-like or intermediate filament protein family. It is associated with structural molecule activity and, while sometimes designated as a pseudogene, it is implicated in processes like wound healing and diseases like diffuse alopecia areata. CABT-BL2099 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:200) application. CABT-BL2099 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
