General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL2076) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KLHL31, targeting the amino acid region 1–350 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human KLHL31 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. KLHL31 also named as BKLHD6, KBTBD1,or Kelch like protein 31 is a 634 amino acid protein, which contains one 1 BACK domain, one BTB domain and six Kelch repeats. KLHL31 as a transcription repressor in MAPK/JNK signaling pathway to regulate cellular functions. KLHL31 is strongly expressed in skeletal muscle and weakly in heart.
CABT-BL2076 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:20–1:200) applications.
CABT-BL2076 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
