This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5011) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KLHL20, targeting the amino acid region 261–609 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human KLHL20 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the kelch family of proteins, which is characterized by a 44-56 amino acid repeat motif. The kelch motif appears in many different polypeptide contexts and contains multiple potential protein-protein contact sites. Members of this family are present both throughout the cell and extracellularly, with diverse activities. CABT-BL5011 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. CABT-BL5011 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
